For nearly a century, Cole Ranch has been a place where people gathered, families grew and neighbors became lifelong friends. While its roots trace back to M. T. Cole and the family who cared for this land, its greatest legacy isn't the ranch itself: it’s the spirit of welcome that has always defined it. Today, that legacy continues in a new way as a community designed for every chapter still to come.
Here, every decision begins with three guiding principles:
Meaning. Tradition. Community.
This foundation is inspired by M. T. Cole's character, with his strong work ethic, generous spirit, and belief that land was meant to bring people together. Every decision here reflects a legacy built on hospitality, stewardship, and lasting relationships.
Since 2024, Cole Ranch has partnered with UNT to understand and care for the land’s native prairie. Together, we’re studying its landscape, rescuing native plants and putting that knowledge to work as the community takes shape. It’s a shared commitment to the land’s legacy—and the generations still to come.
